WIN: Arkansas House Of Representatives Pass Law To Only Use American Laws – NO MORE Sharia Law!

By  |

Arkansas has just done at State level what the whole nation should be doing: ensuring that the only applicable law in US courts is US law. The House of Representatives has passed a bill that “only American laws will be allowed to operate in Arkansas Courts”.

With the ever growing threat of Sharia law implementation happening throughout the country, the idea that we should be governed by a barbaric cultural and legal system that treats women as property has no place in modern America. Yet it is gaining a foothold despite what the MSM try to spin.

The bill was passed 63-24. And many are wondering why the 24 who voted against it are actually in office. The criticisms against the bill included remarks that it would target Muslims. This is probably true, but is not a bad thing because of that. A nation works because we have one rule for all. Look at nations that don’t have this and you’ll see a downtrodden population with a small elite who can do what they will (think North Korea).

Only if we are all treated equally can a society succeed. If we aren’t stopping new legal systems entering the country as “co-existing laws”, then there will be a clear demarcation of who is prosecuted for which crimes. This is wrong.

The 24 anti-equality Representatives need to stand down.

“All aspects of a Muslim’s life are governed by Sharia. Sharia law comes from a combination of sources including the Qu’ran, the sayings of the prophet and the rulings of Islamic scholars,” according to the BBC’s definitive introduction to Sharia.

“Sharia is more than stoning or amputating limbs or public beheading — Sharia is a spirit also. Its spirit is against current [Western] civilization. Sharia instigates its believers to destroy secular democracy (from within!) and establish [a] so-called Islamic state because [the] law is pointless without a state,” blogs Hasan Mahmud at Muslims Facing Tomorrow.

We rest our case.
