Radio host and former Reagan Admin Lawyer, Mark Levin, has just pointed out oSeanan Hannity’s show the facts about Special Prosecutor Mueller and his actual powers. He paints an incredibly clear picture that it is legally not Mueller’s role to investigate the President for Obstruction of Justice, and under US law if he did try and take him through a court proceeding, the Supreme Court would legally have to throw it out.
So the question remains, why are the Democrats and MSM pushing so hard for this? The answer is that they never intended it to actually do any other damage than reputational. They want the public to see Donald Trump being dragged through court proceedings just because it makes him look weaker and belabored. And then when the election cycle comes around again, they will point fingers and say: “Look at Trump! He spends half his time fighting in court. Do you really want to re-elect him?”
The whole thing is a scam being played on the voting public, and the end goal is to make us exasperated with scandal after scandal. But it won’t work. Even a CNN poll that asked 2 and a half million Americans if Trump should face charges for Obstruction of Justice came back 70% in trump’s favour. The MSM and the DNC have lost all credibility. The people are wise to their tricks and illusions and will punish them at the ballot box for it.
Just look at the last 4 elections…All won by Republicans! The Dems need to go away, come up with policies that benefit Americans and try and find a candidate not taintd by their corruption.
Mark Levin joined Sean Hannity last night and dropped a BOMBSHELL about Robert Mueller and his phony “investigation” into Trump.
Levin, Former Reagan Administration lawyer turned Radio Host, revealed a memo that could end the Trump-Russia administration immediately.
This memo dictates the boundaries of the “special counsel,” and Levin pointed out one paragraph in particular which NO ONE in the media has pointed out. According to Article I, Section 3, Mueller has ZERO authority or jurisdiction over Trump. Levin explains why this clears Trump all together and what this means going forward.
Sean Hannity sat in shock as Levin exposes this bombshell. WATCH this explosive clip then SHARE so it goes viral!
The memo states that President Trump cannot be accused of or charged with a serious crime such as an obstruction of justice. In fact, the closest thing to a indictment is in Article I, Section 3:
JUDGMENT IN CASES OF IMPEACHMENT SHALL NOT EXTEND FURTHER THAN TO REMOVAL FROM OFFICE, AND DISQUALIFICATION TO HOLD AND ENJOY ANY OFFICE OF HONOR, TRUST OR PROFIT UNDER THE UNITED STATES: BUT THE PARTY CONVICTED SHALL NEVERTHELESS BE LIABLE AND SUBJECT TO INDICTMENT, TRIAL, JUDGMENT AND PUNISHMENT, ACCORDING TO LAW.
The New York Times even reports that “The prevailing view among most legal experts is no. They say the president is immune from prosecution so long as he is in office.” Mark Levin is a lawyer, author, and he has his own radio show called “The Mark Levin Show”.
Levin said this earlier on his radio show:
“So all this talk about whether Trump personally is under investigation for obstruction of justice, or whether Trump violated the law, it will never go to court … if Robert Mueller should seek to indict Trump, a sitting president, in the end the Supreme Court would throw it out,”.
He then continued to say “Mueller’s investigation, to the extent it involves Trump himself, has as its purpose to lay a predicate or a pretext, if you will, for impeachment — and that’s not that man’s job!”.
So all of this buzz about how “President Trump will be impeached next week” along with the accusations that everything he does is somehow “worse than Nixon” is a flat-out lie. The mainstream networks and media are creating something out of nothing, connecting dots that don’t exist, only to make the people watching confused. It’s clearly against the Constitution for President Trump to be indicted. Even if Robert Mueller tries to indict the President, remember what Levin says: “in the end the Supreme Court would throw it out.”
