Is there any doubt that ABC cancelled one of their top rated shows because of political correctness? Does any serious minded person believe that this was not a “virtue signalling act” to show that Conservatives and Conservative opinions have no place on their network?
When Tim Allen’s smash hit, “Last Man Standing” was cancelled, many, including Allen were rightly shocked. This show was one of their biggest hits, was on it’s sixth season (and still high in ratings and viewers which is virtually unheard of), and pulling in over 6 million viewers. It is difficult to find anyone outside of ABC who suggests this was not politically motivated.
Tim Allen himself is a Conservative and a Trump supporter. In the show he plays a Conservative, dealing with a more liberalised world. But apparently, the fact that a Conservative on TV can be portrayed as a nice guy, a family guy, is not allowed anymore.
But ABC have a shock coming. The Last Man Standing will likely be returning to our screens via Fox. Hopefully, they will have the courage to give the people what they want, and not be brow beaten by a minority of very persistent, but very loud, Liberal voices. This is part of an ongoing battle to remove from public view anyone who does not espouse Liberal Opinion as fact. It has been going on for a while, but the gears are changing up…Be on the lookout for more Conservatives being silenced.
Tim Allen is not the vengeful type. At least he isn’t the kind of person who would go off and do something outrageous. His response to the news that ABC was cutting his show was much more subtle, but none the less a powerful message.
ABC News announced they were cutting Tim Allen’s show “The Last Man Standing.” The announcement to cancel the third most watched comedy show in the history of ABC was a shock to loyal viewers. Frustration and surprise followed the announcement.
Tim Allen didn’t make much of a fuss about it. He just moved on. Although he did use his Twitter account to express his sadness over the show being canceled.
Stunned and blindsided by the network I called home for the last six years. #lastmanstanding

Today rumors began to swirl that “Last Man Standing” may continue after all. Sources inside Fox suggest the show will move to Fox and its affiliates along with “certain streaming services.” The show is actually owned by 20th Century Fox, a subsidiary of Fox Entertainment Group a.k.a Fox, not ABC.
ABC has canceled the show, but since it is owned by Fox, Fox can just move it. We are told that negotiations are under way with Fox and their affiliates to find a time for the show on their network. The Official Announcement to come within the next month.
ABC has angered Conservatives by canceling the show. Tim Allen was the clear victim of an attack on Conservatives which will further hurt ABCs bottom line. Finally, It looks like the Last Man Standing will be Tim Allen, at a new time and place with Fox.
