Document Reveals Lynch Instructed Comey to Cover-up For Hillary

By  |

The cesspit of corruption at the heart of the failed Clinton campaign just gets deeper and dirtier. It turns out that the FBI now have documents that further implicate Loretta Lynch in covering up not only Hillary Clinton’s crimes, but also her efforts to squash the investigation through FBI Director James Comey.

The now famous (though vastly underreported meeting) in Lynch’s aeroplane with Bill Clinton, has brought about suggestions that this was the crucial meeting in which assurances were asked for an made regarding the furtherance of the investigation into the Clinton Email scandal. According to the NY Times: “everyone agreed that Mr. Comey should not reveal details about the Clinton investigation. But Ms. Lynch told him to be even more circumspect: Do not even call it an investigation, she said, according to three people who attended the meeting. Call it a “matter.”

Since then, it has emerged that of the hundreds of agents who worked the investigation, all of them (except Director Comey) felt that official charges should be brought against Clinton. These anxieties got even deeper when a document was found.

“The document, which has been described as both a memo and an email, was written by a Democratic operative who expressed confidence that Ms. Lynch would keep the Clinton investigation from going too far, according to several former officials familiar with the document…”

When all of these facts are combined, we have to ask ourselves not only how lucky we were to escape a Crooked Clinton Presidency, but also, why is the investigation not taking place right now? Which pressure groups are keeping this from being opened up to public scrutiny?

Ah, the infamous tarmac meeting.  You know…the one in which former Attorney General Loretta Lynch met with Bill Clinton…in her airplane…at the Phoenix Airport?  The one after which many people suspected that a “deal” had gone down to get Hillary off the hook?

Well…according to a report in the NY Times, FBI Director James Comey may have been in the same corner as those of us who had concerns about Lynch’s objectivity and political bias towards Clinton.

From NY Times:

At the meeting, everyone agreed that Mr. Comey should not reveal details about the Clinton investigation. But Ms. Lynch told him to be even more circumspect: Do not even call it an investigation, she said, according to three people who attended the meeting. Call it a “matter.”

Ms. Lynch reasoned that the word “investigation” would raise other questions: What charges were being investigated? Who was the target? But most important, she believed that the department should stick by its policy of not confirming investigations.

It was a by-the-book decision. But Mr. Comey and other F.B.I. officials regarded it as disingenuous in an investigation that was so widely known. And Mr. Comey was concerned that a Democratic attorney general was asking him to be misleading and line up his talking points with Mrs. Clinton’s campaign, according to people who spoke with him afterward.

Additionally, the FBI’s concerns about Lynch allegedly deepened when they acquired a document:

During Russia’s hacking campaign against the United States, intelligence agencies could peer, at times, into Russian networks and see what had been taken. Early last year, F.B.I. agents received a batch of hacked documents, and one caught their attention.

The document, which has been described as both a memo and an email, was written by a Democratic operative who expressed confidence that Ms. Lynch would keep the Clinton investigation from going too far, according to several former officials familiar with the document…

If Ms. Lynch announced that the case was closed, and Russia leaked the document, Mr. Comey believed it would raise doubts about the independence of the investigation.

Hmmm.  With this information surfacing, the big unanswered questions now become this:  Was the Democratic operative speaking with inside knowledge when he/she claimed that Lynch would see to it that the investigation didn’t blow up Hillary’s candidacy, or was he/she just guessing?  And if Comey thought she was compromised, why didn’t he ask her to recuse herself?
